We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai’s real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dubai’s property landscape, excellent communication skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties while providing expert advice and market insights. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.

• Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on property prices, legal requirements, and market conditions.
  • Arrange viewings and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Build and maintain a network of clients and potential buyers to maximize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and convert leads.
  • Stay informed about current real estate regulations and trends in Dubai
• Requirements:
